1. Delivery coverage
At the moment we deliver within Mazatlán, Sinaloa. If your order is outside this area, the system may limit the purchase or require manual review.

2. Shipping costs
For orders below $10 dlls, shipping costs $1 dlls if delivery is within 3 km of the store and $2 dlls if it exceeds that distance. From that amount onward, shipping may appear as free depending on the active promotion.
3. Estimated timing
Our service and delivery hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Delivery time is approximate and depends on your area, product availability, and workload, but we always try to deliver the same day when demand allows it.
We recommend checking your address, phone number, and references carefully to speed up delivery.
4. Returns and cancellations
We do not offer returns for change of mind or automatic refund cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
Only documented special cases are reviewed, such as real duplicate charges or verifiable operational issues.
