• Prices are shown in Mexican pesos (MXN) when the site is in Spanish and in U.S. dollars (USD) when it is in English, using a 20 pesos-per-dollar reference rate with no decimals.
• Cash, bank transfer, and card payments are accepted depending on platform availability.
• An order is considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully validated.

4. Order confirmation

After purchasing, you will receive an order number for tracking. Some orders may require additional security validation or manual confirmation.

5. Shipping

At the moment, the store delivers within Mazatlán, Sinaloa. Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to workload or location.

6. Changes and cancellations

We do not offer returns for change of mind or automatic refund cancellations once the order has been confirmed. Only documented issues or real duplicate charges are reviewed.
